We are located in south Lakeland between South Florida Avenue and County Road 540A with entrances at both places and off Carter Road directly across from The Club at Eaglebrooke.  The Christina Homeowners Association, Inc. is comprised of seven subdivisions:

• Cliffside Estates

 

According to Polk County Historical Museum documents, during the phosphate mining days, the owner of the mining operation located nearby named the mine after his daughter.  Christina became the official name around 1972 after the phosphate mining concluded, and the residents decided to build houses. 
Today, it is a collection of beautiful neighborhoods, with wide oak-tree lined streets, and 341 homes as of 2020.
