We need your financial support to continue to maintain and improve our common areas and build our community.  The CHOA membership dues is set each year and is currently $200 for 2025.  About 90% of the budget is spent on landscaping maintenance and improvements for the medians and islands in our neighborhood.  The rest is spent on administrative expenses (insurance, communications, etc.).  These investments make our area enjoyable to live in and improve our property values.

Membership dues checks should be mailed to Christina Homeowners Association Inc at PO Box 6461 Lakeland FL 33807-6461.

Electronic Payments are accepted!

We accept online payments through PayPal or Zelle.  Zelle is preferred as we only get charged a 1% fee instead of the 3% for PayPal.   Our Zelle account is christinahoa.treas@gmail.com.  If you have a PayPal account, you can choose your payment options or use existing PayPal funds to pay your annual dues.  If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay using a credit card via PayPal.  Use the link below to complete the PayPal payment.  Contact us if you have any questions about these options.  Using PayPal does cost the Association a fee, but you will have an option to cover the fee if you so choose.  Be sure to confirm your address in the notes / memo to ensure proper credit.​
