The Christina Homeowners Association has committees that play a vital role in the community.

The standing committees are:

• Beautification: Mike Powell chair.  Members - Dave Mueller, Fred Gifun, Holly Scarangella, Karen Freedman.  Responsible for maintaining and improving the physical aspects of our community.  As part of the Christina area, this committee has joined forces with CMIC to oversee common area maintenance and landscaping.   The committee also consults on project approvals from homeowners.
   

• Communications: Dave Mueller chair.  Members - Dave Mueller and Holly Scarangella.  Facilitates communication between the Christina community and the Christina HOA Board of Directors through social media channels, newsletters, and this Association website.
   

• Social / Welcome:  Lorin Smith chair.  Members - Theresa Scarangella, Valerie Varan, Holly Scarangella.  This committee will organize social events, manage social media, and contact new homeowners and provide important information.  If you wish to be involved in social activities, please contact us.  If you have moved into the neighborhood recently, and we have not been in contact with you yet, please contact us at christinahoa.welcome@gmail.com.
   

• Membership Development: Dave Mueller chair. This committee seeks to increase membership within the neighborhood in order to have a sustainable amount of dues to maintain and improve the neighborhood.
   

• Legal: Dave Mueller chair.  Members - CHOA BOD, Theresa Scarangella, Tracy Tanner.  Responsible for by-laws, revisions, covenants, and all matters about the legal status of the Christina HOA.   Contact us if you have questions about the covenants, bylaws, and related issues.
